If any of you are ever in NYC, you need to go to Babbo. The place is exquisite. A+, would recommend. Big sis just took me there as a slightly-belated birthday lunch. We were going to go to the Bosie Tea Parlor, but the place was crawling with children. Small space + feral hipster spawn = not good times. Also it only had a 'B' rating for cleanliness, which is never good.
So, we decided to try our luck getting into Babbo, and they had some tables open. Seriously, best gnocchi I ever had in my life. Bad gnocchi weigh on you like lead; these practically melted the moment they hit your tongue. That's not even getting into how good the dessert was.
And not one child present. Far too upscale a place for brats. Perfect.
