[BLASTPAST] Old Pixels 2006-2007 (PIC HEAVY!)

Jun 03, 2009 17:26

This is the year that I made the least pixel dolls and sprites, and 2007 last year I actually finished anything of the sort. (The Malice Mizer lineup was the last and only one from 2007) After that, I guess I dropped out of it completely for a while. I don't understand why though, it's fun to make these things!

Credits to the bases used: Bunny Stick :: 2 Pixel :: If Looks Could Kill :: Rainy Day Crap Box :: Dark Rose

Note, one or two of these are kind of bad. So I'm putting a warning up. =B

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
DOLLZ
1. Easter present for Kite Tsukura (the person, not the character. xD) The Pony is based on his character, Kite.
Base by Yume Studio.
2. Easter present to amberace the ponies are based off of Cid Highwind and Vincent Valentine from FF7.
Base by Yume Studio.
3. A gift to amberace  Cid from FF7.
Base by Bunny Stick.
4. Desmond, amberace  original character. Those are burns all over his body.
Base by If Looks Could Kill.
5. Honey Mustard, from a retarded idea for a children's book, ever. Later I found out that someone already took my idea anyway... FIGHTING FOODONS. Oh well. xD
Base by 2 Pixel.
6. Haruka Jaganashi/Higurashi(???). Supposed to be Hiei's daughter from Yu Yu Hakusho. Fan Sue for a stupid RP that I never got to be a part of.
Base by 2 Pixel.
7. Dollie of Himiko! xD Missed her?
Base by 2 Pixel. (I sure love using those, eh?)
8. I don't know why I made this. It's Kuja from FF9.. dying most likely. I did the blood all wrong. lol
9. The greatest Kuja doll I ever made at that point. Made for ex-friend. I like it kinda. It was supposed to be a 'respond' to a doll she made, designing Kuja's 'Kingdom Hearts' attire. I failed. lol
10. A tribute to Malice Mizer, my most favorite J-Rock band ever. This was based on one of their singles, Beast of Blood. But I made this before knowing that they disbanded back in 2002-2003. (I think...) It sucks because I have a strong feeling that they will NEVER come back, huh Mana? Arrg. They had come so far, oh well. I wonder what Yu~Ki is doing?
From the left: Mana (guitar; Leader/Founder), Klaha (singer), Közi (guitar; Founder) and Yu~Ki (bass).
Bases by 2 Pixel.
11. Oops, I lied... I guess that last one wasn't my final pixel since then. xD I forgot I had done this one of Himiko, and a concept of her 'Halloween Town' costume too. Remake of the similar one from 2006.
Base by 2 Pixel, of course.
12. A concept of Himiko's 'Halloween Town' costume. This is supposed to be 'battle mode', so while she is in 'calm' mode, her markins are violet, and her left eye is grey/white. I'm changing her Halloween Town costume to something like a devil, and not the succubus she is in this doll. xD
Base by 2 Pixel.
SPRITES
1. Based on an RP with a friend. Sephiroth (FF7) and Kuja (FF9) all dressed up for some party. (They were actually slaves to a demon lord.)
2. Sephiroth (FF7) and Kuja (FF9) in their normal attire.
3. A sprite of Emily, a demi-god from the same RP. Scrapped.
4. A sprite of Himiko I made tracing over Yuffie from Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories. xD I was just seeing how it would look. And I say, looks pretty 'tarded to me. I was going to make one of those 'fake screenshots' too, with a Himi-sprite for the in game character (over Yuffie too) but I got lazy. Plus, that's cheating... so I failed and made my own sprite. See the next one? Yeah, baseless, I only drew from seeing a photo.
5. Baseless sprite failure, until I realized I can just color over Yuffie. xD I never did, so I just kept this crappy one instead. At least it's original.
6. Line up of all my Dethebringers. (an all male alien race, a subspecies of the the 'Alium' race.) There is so much to say about them, but I'll save that for when I post about my original story starring them, Angel of SenecaEmeth. The main character is Cyrus "the Virus" Vestavou, who is the second icon next to Harish. I love him lots. 8D
