After we drove to georgia we met up with lala cuz she drove from her home in savannah to come and watch us for a few days. We had 2 practice games, unfortunitely we lost them both but we did ok. The first game it was 4-1, but they didn't earn the runs so that was our bad. But the second game we held them to 1-0 and it was an earned run so. Today was our first real game of the tourney. We lost but it was 1-0. They scored the lone run in the 7th inning, so our defense did great. Our offensive, batting isn't doin too well. We need to hit the ball and watch it. We are over analysing it i think cuz we all are able to hit, we just have to put our minds to it. We play again tomorrow at 12. I am really hoping we win, cuz we can do it.
Carrie's team ended the tournament 2-2. I am really proud of them. They came back from losing 2 straight games and beat Oregon and Nevada. The 2-2 record wasn't enough to keep them in but oh well, they made a really good effort and the super regional must have been a lot harder than regular. They go home tomorrow. I love you Nikki, Carrie and Lourdes. You are my three softball gals, :)
We are finally goin to Olive Garden for lunch today, we have been wanting to for a long time. For dinner we are goin to HOOTERS, yaya we have been wanting to go there since like we were 12. Mainly to just get shirts and say we have been to hooters. Haha it will be good times in the making.
