The fact that you disagree with something does not make it a fallacy. Labeling a point you disagree with as "The fallacy of this idea I don't believe in" does not constitute a response to the point, and makes you look like a child who hasn't figured out yet that there are internally consistent philosophies out there besides yours. The phrase you are looking for is "You seem to be working from a premise I don't accept, namely..."

Also "wow, just... wow" is lame and condescending, not cleverly indicative of the fundemental wrongness of the other person.
