Update on Sushi

Alrighty. So the little beastie is doing fine. I gave him to Viv on Friday, and we were actually lucky enough to be in the room when the vet did the assessment. They took some blood to run tests, and gave him a good look-over. He DID have worms in his belly, but they gave him some meds and said that they would clear up in no time. Remember when I said that he weighed about a pound? I lied. This little guy only weighed in at 13 ounces, which is tiny even for a 4.5 week old kitten! They tested him for Feline Leukemia, which I was very worried about. F-Luk can be transmitted to other cats, and kittens with it are usually put down. But all the tests came back negative, and he was healthy other than the fleas and worms! The doc said he looked good enough to be adopted. ^_^ In retrospect, I should have taken more pictures of him, but I was too busy worrying about him to do so... I ran into Viv last night at work, and asked her on the spot how the baby was. She said that she's actually already handed him off to another foster mother, a nice lady in Waldorf that hand-raises kittens. Viv said that she'll keep him for another six weeks or so, then put him up for adoption. If any of you guys want to try and nab him, let me know! ;) He really is a sweetheart, and will undoubtedly make a wonderful companion for someone!

In other news, SOMEBODY PLAY FAT PRINCESS WITH ME. >: [  Greg's in NY, and I never seem to be online when my friends are online, so I end up playing with nubs all day. ADD ME, PEOPLE. My ID is AuraCantos, same as everything. Somebody pwease be ma fwend. X3 At least until Greg comes back and I can guilt trip him into one of those all-night-gaming-parties!
