Ninja-licious Halloween.
So, Samhain was wonderful. And no, Samhain is not some random boyfriend I've never told anyone about. It's the Pagan's term for "Halloween." Yes, it's actually a holiday. No, I didn't do anything spec-... well, okay, I did.
I spent most of the morning cleaning and do various things around the house that needed to be done. Then my parents got home, and Greg came over. I can honestly say that in the several years I've "been" a Pagan, this was the best Samhain yet. We passed out candy to little kids, and even though we didn't get that many kiddies this year, it really got me thinking. I saw Robert's baby, and the little cogs in my ind began to work again. I began to think, "I wonder what it'll be like to take OUR baby trick-or-treating when we have one." Then I stopped and was like, "Wait. WTF? Shut up." >_< My brain. It is weird.
After a while, we just went back inside and did unspeakable things on the couch like we have been. I jest, I jest, get your minds out of the gutter. We watched bits and pieces of Grindhouse... while doing unspeakable things on the couch. XD
Oh! Have Greg tell you guys about the Ninja that came to our house. X3 It's too funny, I'll tell you anyway.
Ninja: *jumps over bed of pine needles... creeps behind GIANT pine tree and peeks out at us... sneaks over to pole and peeks out at us... jumps over Jackie's flowerbed onto the porch and stares... *
Greg: * holds out candy * Happy Halloween?
Jackie: *uber delighted and laughing *
Ninja: Ninjas have no need for candy. * snatches candy and runs off with pack of friends *
Greg and Jackie: ... LMAO!
^.^ oh, and Greg was Asian for Halloween. He as wearing face-paint. XD (Inside joke. Have him tell it to you.)
All in all, it was a wonderful evening. But I realized something... I get pissed off when people call him away from the phone when I'm talking to him. Not severely pissed off, but enough so that I'm mildly irked sometimes. I mean, I get to see Greg ONCE a week. That's less than ten hours a week. Everyone else in his family gets to have him any other time. Jackie time is Jackie time, and that is all. I dunno.
Anywho, time to go and work. (Ugh.) Love you guys. ^_^
