It looks like a hallway with lots of doors and there's stairs too.

Right. What you need to do, Kagura, is go down the stairs to the first floor. Once you get there, stop in the lobby and tell me what building number it says there. Don't go outside, and don't go with strangers.

I live in building three. I can fetch you up to my flat until we find your Okaa-san.
