5 days of rain
I am very glad the problem with my balcony is fixed, because this rain would surely overwhelm the drain otherwise. We had a good black belt test at the dojo on Saturday. All the students passed with flying colors and there were no injuries. Our Christmas party that night was a lot of fun, but we did discover we still have a leak in the roof. ::Sigh:: Oh well.
Work is going a little better, but I still feel unsteady as if something is going to hit me at any moment. I hope all my friends are getting through winter without property damage. Yes, this is a lot of rain for California, but we need it. No, this is not the Storm of the Century, as is proclaimed by some news anchors. Let's try back East with blizzards and snow to the rafters.
