Compliments from strangers...
Today, I was taking out the trash before the rain hits. A car pulled up next to me and a man leaned out the window. I was expecting a question about directions or the location of a particular building in our condo complex. His question? "How did you lose the weight?" Apparently, he lives in our complex and knew I had lost considerable weight. I told him what I had done and he replied, "You're looking good". It is always a pick up when others notice weight loss, as long as it is not unexpected weight loss.
