Playing in the Mud
Well, today I definitely did something I have never done before. My instructor, his family and I, went on a Mud Run. Now, this Mud Run is not competitive. In fact, it is done for fun and with fun in mind. This is not to say that the obstacles are flimsy! The course is challenging, but fun for all. Here is the website:http://www.mudfactor.com and they have a video as well as a menu of some of the obstacles on the course. We started at 2pm and finished around 3:30pm. No, we weren't running ..and we stopped to take pictures and have fun. I wore a neoprene UnderArmour suit with gloves and sport glasses, which saved my legs and hands from serious scrapes from gravel and boards.
We had loads of fun and want to do this again next year!
