The series has been renamed from the Adventures of Psychotix to: Psychotix and Texus.
This is to celebrate their married togetherness in an age when barriers to gay relationships are falling all over the world. Who would have thought that Delhi, India would throw off the final shackles of British Colonialism to recognize that gay relationships are a fact and should not be restricted anymore?
When the series was created in 1998, Canada had not yet allowed gays to legally marry. Nor did any of the states in the U.S.
HOW THINGS HAVE CHANGED IN 11 SHORT YEARS!!! :DDDD
You see, guys, Psychotix and Texus were created to be a married couple in the first place. Their marriage takes place in Book One. But at the time, the marriage was short, just one page. Now, the first book is going to be done to emphasize their married togetherness and the wedding is a full blown 60+ pages of celebration and togetherness.
Drawn from a real-life wedding of a couple of friends, this new story is going to follow the same story line: of Psychotix reuniting with Texus, in similar circumstances, but this time around the marriage part is given a much longer, more beautiful treatment.
The book is still going to be called Psychotix meets Texus Separatus, but instead of it being called: The Adventures of Psychotix Book One: Psychotix Meets Texus Separatus, it's going to be called Psychotix and Texus: Psychotix Meets Texus Separatus.
This will be much fairer to Texus, because rarely is Psychotix seen in the book without his Texus by his side.
It's going to be exciting, guys. The book is in the pencilling stage right now. Watch for it on
