16 random things about me
so, it seems like one of those "random things about you" memes is making the rounds again. This time, it asks for 16 random things about you, so I figure that I'll do it as well.
1. I am a church nerd. (look it up on urban dictionary).
2. I am a child at heart. I love to watch Disney shows and some Nick shows. They are cute.
3. I used to be able to easily cross my legs twice. I'm not as flexible by now. I can almost do it, but it hurts. I always liked doing that, though.
4. I am still officially a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, but I attend an Episcopal church and love it.
5. I really miss working with youth, though. Yes, on a volunteer basis - I was never paid for it.
6. I really miss playing handbells, too. I loved that and the music is so pretty.
7. Most of my relationships seem to start when the other person is moving away. God really must have a sense of humor. None of them ended because of the distance.
8. I have favorite times of the church year and it is Advent right now, which is my 2nd favorite time of the church year.
9. My favorite band is Lost And Found, and yes, I know they don't sing well. However, they are a lot of fun.
10. I learned that I like being behind the scenes rather than performing when it comes to plays.
11. It is much more exciting for me to watch a rehearsal and what goes on backstage than just a show, and it is even more exciting to see both things.
12. while, sure, writer boys and English majors can be attractive, intellignece is just attractive in general. However, the most attractive thing ever is faith! Faith just makes a guy totally hot and way more attractive than other guys!
13. I am convinced that you cannot find any food better than the food in Southwest Louisiana and convinced that we are totally spoiled in that way.
14. Even though I grew up in Southwest Louisiana, I do not like seafood at all. It does not set with my stomach.
15. I love catching up with former classmates and schoolmates. It is so interesting to know what we're all doing.
16. My body is strange. I love the idea of eating vegetables; enjoying a great salad. However, if I try, my body doesn't like it. I forget what it's called. It's not an allergy and I can eat a few things like tiny pieces of carrots and green peppers, tomato sauce . . . but not vegetables (probably could eat baby food since I like pureed vegetable soup).
