Italian Turkey Burger Casserole . . . yummy!

In a little bit, I'm gonna go cook with my family. Tomorrow at St. Michael they are having a pot luck and it'll be nice to bring food to a place where people will at least probably try our food, even if they don't like it. I'm never offended if people don't like the food and don't want to eat it becaues of that. However, that wasn't the case at St. Paul. I'm not going to get into that again, though. I'd rather talk about what we're going to make!

Awhile ago, I made cheeseburger casserole. Briana liked it, but she doesn't eat beef now. So, with a variation on that, we're going to make Italian turkey burger casserole.

There are no set measurements of these ingredients. It's not exactly "healthy," but it is a lot of fun and it is very yummy!

- oven fries
- turkey
- italian seasonings/spices (italian seasoning, garlic, cilantro)
- Italian cheeses (mozzerella, parmesan, etc._

Mix Italians seasonings with turkey and brown up the turkey. Set aside.
Cook the oven fries for about half the time they are supposed to be in the oven (as you don't want them to burn)
Take the fries out of the oven.
Mix in turkey and cheese, cook for rest of the time fries are supposed to be in oven.
top with cheese if desired.
Also, optional, top with Italian bread crumbs (which we are not doing).

Then, we are going to make spider cookies. This is really not "cooking," as being crafty, but still . . .

Oreos (whichever color filling is up to you)
Licorice
M&Ms or similar candy coated chocolates
Chocolate frosting

Make licorice pieces in about 1 1/2" strands.
Take an oreo and in it, place four licorice strands on each side so that they resemble a spider.
Find two M&Ms of the same color and apply them to the top of the oreo like eyes by "pasting" them on using the chocolate frosting.
Do this for every oreo.

That is fun stuff, indeed!

I watched the Breeder's cup race today. I like watching the horse races . . . I just don't care for all the news and such before and after it. Muhannak won the Breeder's Cup.

I don't usually work on the weekends, but if I am just finding ChaCha queries for fun because that's what my sister wants to do to spend time together, it's perfectly fine. That's what she wanted to do, so we had fun as I answered question for ChaCha.

Here's a ChaCha query I couldn't realisitically find in 3 minutes or less: "
Are any of Mariah Carey's song writers from MI? Where any English?"

Honestly, I still have no idea.

I also got an InfoSeeker (IS) asking, "I don't get it. Please explain."

Obviously, said IS was not too smart. They had asked for a joke. The previous guide gave them the following:

Knock Knock.
who's There?
Doris.
Doris who?
Doris locked; that's why I'm knocking.

Really? You don't understand that "Doris" sounds like "Door is."

It was also obvious that said IS was too bright because "toilet" was spelled "toillitt" in the history given for searches.

The fun question was "What are all the colors in Fruit Loops?"

Yeah, eventually I remember to spell the cereal "Froot Loops."
