I highly highly suggest the HP tx2000 series of notebooks.

You want a Wacom pressure-sensitive tabletPC? You got it. I'd have it already if it weren't for the AMD chip. I've tried it out and it lives up to its name. I can draw on it with reckless abandon. And you know how I'm a Wacom whore.
