Small Change To Site: Tagboard. Also, new print!

After several years of downtime, I have restored the on-site Shoutbox.

EDIT: I changed it from Tagboard because bots took over and spammed the place up. This is a much nicer program by far. It doesn't refresh the entire page every time someone posts, and you can register your username. Ops are available to trustworthy users upon request
