I’ve lost 10 pounds total, so far! Admittedly it’s taken me a bit longer than I would like but I haven’t exactly been exercising, either, so I just have myself to grump to/about. That’s ok, though. I know eventually I’ll pick up somewhere and get going and hopefully be able to lose more!
I think the main difference last week was that I allowed myself a little treat off a day or three, outside of my norm. I remember having a small Frosty from Wendy’s (and damn, was it good) and a peanut bar from the vending machine as well so maybe that made a difference, I dunno. I may try it again a day or two this week and see how it goes again.
