My F***ed up Family--I mean this in a nice way:-)
WEll the holidays are a time to be with the ones we love. . . family. So instead of going to California or Florida or anywhere else that people might be, we went to New York City and found out some rather interesting stuff has happened since November (the last time we were down).
My 26 year old cousin, Eddie, has a girlfriend that is a senior. . . in high school. Jaw dropper. I always thought senior in college. Goes to show how well I pay attention to the details
My 27 year old cousin, Jamie, lives at home. . .with my grandparents. The house is a mess. There was about 10 of us living in a house that normally only 2 live in. When it was time to get ready.. .forget about it. We managed alright though. Especially with me sleeping through half of the chaos.
This is the best part. Over the last few months there have been a lot of family get-togethers. So I got to meet these people that do german dancing with "my boys" (my cousins--I am the only girl cousin between the brothers--they call me "my girl" or "our girl"--a family thing). Anyway, this girls likes my cousin, but because Richard and I were/are always dancing, she thought that the two of s were a couple. It was so funny when our family found out, but my cousin made me go along with it--because he hates her--god times in the family.
