My ego has taken a beating lately.
Val seems to be settling in well in Arista. He says he's happy, and the marks on his face have faded to the point that, if you don't know they're there, you'd never guess he has them. So I believe him. He's said some other things, that I'm not at liberty to repeat. But his re-location has kept Luc busy. I miss him. Hell, I miss them both, but for different reasons.
Lyric Thorne is a raving bitch, but this is not news. She wants to buy my wife. And Hyou, too. She even put in an offer for Val. WTF? And if she's gonna be buying and selling people, not that she'd be allowed, but she's all 'Oh I could get good money for them', and doesn't say a word about me.
Cassie has a new man. She still hasn't introduced him to me, but apparently he's really good. Makes me nervous. What if she wants to replace me?
She also has a new.. toy? Fuckbuddy? HellifIknow. But he's tasted both of us, and prefers her.
One of Thorne in my side's new employees doesn't want anything to do with me. Seriously? First time for everything. Sucks, because he's hot.
I invited Quin and Phil over whenever they had the time. Either they're busy, too, or I'm just not that interesting. Phil has another admirer in Kairos. How the hell am I supposed to compete with a pretty young blond?
Sennyo and Nathaniel finally kissed. I was all sorts of shocked. Thought they were going to be old and grey and still dancing around the fact that they want each other.
Sennyo also kissed Erasmus. Without prompting. Impulsively, or so Val tells me. Where'd he find the stones?
The girls and Kian are fine. I'm still trying to convince Cassie to have a kid. I'd hate to have to drag that damn bracelet out so they can have more siblings.. There's no one to make it a three-month ordeal instead of a 9-month ordeal this time. There is one circumstance I'd do it under, though. I'm not saying what it is.
Haven't seen Sephiroth since he left here. I don't even know if he managed to get the other boys their gifts or not. I'm worried, though, because of some things I heard around the nexus. I hope he's ok. I hope he still considers me a friend.
And last, but certainly not least, Arthur and Merlin seem to have disappeared. I'm tempted to go looking, but Arthur's father worries me more than a bit. I don't want to cause trouble for the boys. I hope they're happy, and with each other at least, since they're not here with me.
