Beware bored, hung-over firebugs!
Ok, so I am not exactly hungover, because it wasn't drinking. I tried to soften a blow for Cassie by cooking lots of chocolate, but it didn't really help, and I had to resort to things I'd rather not do. Among them, kissing her after she'd had some of the chocolate. I don't actually remember much after the kiss.
In other Cassie-related news, I overheard her talking in the nexus the other day. She has made a drinking game out of watching me in the nexus. And I quote:
"It can be! Watching the subtle differences between alternates, for example. Or if you've got the time, watching Kage - I dunno if you know him - flirt with people. I made up a drinking game with it. Every time he calls someone 'handsome' or someone gets The Wrong Idea, take a drink."
I don't know if I'm amused, or if I need to turn her over my knee. I know which one she'd choose.
Also? We seem to have a new member of the household. I haven't actually seen the guy yet, but he's been keeping Cassie busy. Winkwink, nudgenudge.
Finally, there is a holiday coming up for the Aristans that I intend to at least kind-of participate in. I am getting Gifts for Milady Aurelia, The General, Pat, Phil, and Luc. I'd get for the Empress, too, but I don't have the First Clue, and I'm pretty certain General Marc wouldn't let her have anything that came from outside Arista, anyway.
Might still try, if I can think of something.
EDIT: I have a general gift for the whole barracks, and an extra in mind for Quin, for being so much help as well. Still can't think of anything for the Empress, though.
EDIT v2: I have come up with a gift for the Empress, thanks to Marc, AND Sennyo has insisted on includin something for her son. Woot! Have I mentioned how much I love Shopping?
