Back from seeing my baby
Quick update. Left last monday to pick up Jason for a few days. They had a ceremony and such and his folks came. Then we headed to Pensacola Beach for our first official vacation together. It was fun. spent way too much money but it was worth it. and as jason reminded me at least it was money we had and we didnt have to use credit. Jason is getting the other half of his enlistment bonus this week so we will be paying off a few credit cards and putting alot into savings. but anyway... Saying goodbye to Jason sucked. He had to be back Saturday at 8pm and then we sat in my car until 11:15 just talking and holding eachother. Then it was goodbyes and lots of crying on my part. I think he teared up one time but he would never admit to it. He wanted me to come hang out with him today before i got back on the road (6+ hour drive) but i told him i just couldnt. It was hard enough saying goodbye last night i didnt want to do it again. He understood. So next thing we are waiting for his D-Day (deployment) at first we heard the 21st now he's heard they dont even have a plane set up yet. so who knows. its all hurry up and wait.but anyway. im slowly posting pics on myspace so check em out.
