Got another project winding down this week, which is great! It'll give me some time to make sure I'm completely well from that bout of fever and flu and what on earth was I sick with 'cause I still don't know. And more or less some time to reply comments in the next few days... *crosses fingers and hopes for good luck* Haha, I've been so ?! lately

*Woah* Oh no! Kyoko and Yamamoto went BOOM! Nice chapter. I will admit the fight between Hibari and Byakuran seemed to carry on forever.... but it's alright. The ending scene with Yama and Kyoko made up for it. It's so strange, because I really don't care for Kyoko that much (mostly because I'm always pairing Tsuna up with his guardians) but in this fic I can accept her because she's such a strong character.

Haha, part of me was thinking at the end of this chapter 'hey, if you're gonna let them into the mansion, of COURSE they're gonna bring bombs'...geez. hibari's gonna be *pissed*

Yeah, even Hibari got fed up with fighting Byakuran like, bitch, go down already! >:E I have a wolf back home to bite for his transgressions!

Glad you like the scene with Yamamoto and Kyoko, especially with how Kyoko is portrayed. With Tsuna being dame-Tsuna most his life, I think he's definitely more inclined to be attracted to people who are strong in ways that he isn't - and ways that he'd like to be, and even in canon, she's a heck of a lot calmer than he is (and... I can't help but admire the girl for being able to stay sane while living and growing up with Ryohei =D And all his friends!).

I found your story and I been reading it non stop ^^ I finally caught up and excited to see more chapters up!

I am mostly a Lambo fan, but I luv how you portray each character and certain relations between each other! This story has caught my interest and hope to read more :D thanks!

wow... First of all, sorry for not commenting on chap 31, busy busy ^^;; also, glad to hear you're feeling better. Now, as usual, I loved this chapter, lately, as expected, everything is action and blood packed, it was inevitable, but it's never pleasant. Interesting move, putting Kyoko's prespective into the open, we're so used to our hero's and villain's 'work' that we sometimes forget how someone so innocent like her would react to the mafia dealings. The tension is rising even more, and i must say, neither Byakuran or Mukuro disapoint, my only doubt now is who will win, as for Hibari, there are no doubts, because with him we have only 2 possible outcomes, victory, or death.
I wonder how Yamamoto is dealing with all this, Kyoko's fear of him and all, it must make him wonder what sort of man he's become, it's really not easy. I've always liked that dark side of him, so i guess i've no complaints lol but yes, it scares me too sometimes. I hope he's ok >.< i hate bombs

Hey, I'm always happy to read your comments, but don't feel obliged *glomp* Glad to get what I get, ya know? Anyway, you're right. With Hibari, it's victory or death. With Mukuro and Byakuran it's omgwtfisgoingon at the moment XD but we'll be clearing that up soon!

Meanwhile, Yamamoto isn't dealing with Kyoko's fear of him. He's observing it, making a note of it, and brushing it aside for later, 'cause keep her alive first, yeah? =D His reasoning is that if he spares the time to think about it at the moment, he could miss something like BOOM when he's not prepared and then where would that leave him >_<

At present... I haven't a clue what Reborn is up to, but he says he's doing something useful, whatever that means XD

You really have to appreciate Mukuro's weird breed of aesthetics. I doubt very many people would be able to appreciate a first-hand-experience of Hibari vs Byakuran as artistic XD (the readers of course can, but we have the luxury of computer screens and a reality between us and a kamikorosu). Seriously though, the way you are writing this fight is very elegant, and unfortunately is making me admire Byakuran more. He is legitimately talented and determined here. Being double teamed by two of the most devastating guardians and still standing his ground? Considerably more impressive than laser-beaming the countryside with his eye. I'm just saying…XD

As it was a goal to make you admire Byakuran more, I'm real glad to know that it worked ♥ When canon!Byakuran evil-eyed the countryside, I suddenly had a tree-loving activist voice in me asking him, "What did the innocent countrymen and forest animals ever do to you, Byakuran-san? Did they name you after a flower?" Although I lean more towards that name as a self-chosen alias...

Makes me think I should go back and edit this part about Tsuna noting that Byakuran's a little less powerful "and a whole lot stranger." I'm pretty sure now; he's way less stranger and it is undoubtably due to the lack of Shuichi Irie's influence XD .

With Hibari, I laughed too when Dream tagged me with "these trivial things." She said it was deliberate, and for pretty much the same reason you brought up: godmod mode. So part of Hibari that taking it out would probably turn him OOC and Yamamoto likes him for being IC, ya know =D
