Nightly ritual.
Every night at about 1 AM my roommate curls up on our couch and falls asleep, while I read a book or poke around on the internet. I'll eventually decide to go to bed, and she'll get up and move to her bed. It's our nightly ritual and I think there's something beautiful about going to bed slowly and waking up slowly.
