Dude, the US got into the top 16! How awesomesauce is that!
The Socceroos didn't have better luck despite kicking butt against Serbia. There are pictures of Lucas Neil with teary eyes splashed all over the place and it's heart crushing, really. They showed really good form the last two games but that stupid goal difference was what got them.
Now though we are up for an England (I cannot believe they made it this far!) vs. Germany game in the top 16. It is going to be epic!
