gonna send me to my knees

I had heard vague rumblings when it was released everywhere but here that it got bad reviews, but I had nothing to do tonight so I went along with Laura to watch it.

I took me a while to like Matt Damon as Wilhelm. Actually, I didn't like him much at all but I was used to him enough by the end of the movie. And he screamed like a girl! Okay, that was more an amusing thing than a blergh, I don't like him, thing.

Heath Ledger is so the better Grimm brother. He was a good Jacob and I loved his character to bits. He's so precious!

The Angelika chick sounded and looked similar enough to Keira Knightley that I had to do more than a double take to make sure it wasn't her.

The movie all up was good. It wasn't great but I wasn't expecting it to be as funny or as spooky as it was. Seriously, that first witch, in the miller shed, yeah, that scared me a bit. And then I just scared myself when Jacob wandered around the tower. I was convinced the queen was going to sit up straight off the bed and scare the living daylights out of us. Instead she was sexy looking Monica Bellucci looking really hot in her mirror.

There was a moment in the movie where they focus on a sword. Now, everyone knows that once you make a point of focusing on something, you are going to return back to later on. They didn't here and I felt all confuzzled. Maybe the use for the sword got cut.

All up, I really liked the movie. Didn't think I would but I enjoyed it sure enough. Wouldn't buy it on dvd, but if it happened to be on tv, I'd make a point of watching it.

And then after the movie, Laura thought it would be great to give my brother a driving lesson, at 11:15 at night, on our street. After a few jerks, he got it right enough. We didn't hit anyone or anything and now I'm sure my brother thinks he is king of the world for travelling up and down our street a few times.

family, i watch movies
