Happy Birthday, Mum

My Mum's birthday is today. She was born in 1927 and as of May 30, 2021 she would have been 94. She was wonderful, frustrating, strong and strong-willed, kind and nit-picky, full of poetry and fear for her loved ones, a provable SFF lover who might have denied it if the acronym had ever been explained to her. And she was so much more; I could trot out a plethora of words or phrases to describe her. I will, instead, link to the eulogy I wrote for her 2013 funeral.

I'll just say Happy Birthday, Mum. I love you. I'm glad you've gotten to be with Rob again. I hope to see you again sometime.  This entry was originally posted at https://kaffyr.dreamwidth.org/790589.html?mode=reply, where there are currently
