Snow!
It actually snowed! On Christmas!
I don't remember having a White Christmas before. Usually it doesn't snow until January in Vancouver. It's usually just rain. Maybe sleet or freezing rain at most.
Apparently it snowed on Christmas back in 2008? I don't recall that - maybe I didn't count it because it turned into sleet or rain? Or it didn't stick, so most of it melted right away?
I remember as a kid my dad saying one year that it might snow on Christmas and how rare an event it was, but it didn't that year.
This year, everyone at work was so excited the entire week. It kept popping up on our chat (since we're almost all of us are teleworking, and everyone is using MS Teams a lot for communicating any way). It snowed yesterday, but I wasn't sure it was going to keep snowing today.
But here we are, and it's still snowing! Not a blizzard levels, but it's nice. -----
