(no subject)
So far today I have slept for hours and hours, played M&M VII, graded ten essays (of which 2 authors may just end up getting something published some day), and . . . that's about it. There are people who accomplish *tons* on their weekends. If we don't count sleeping, I'm not one of them. I'm going to watch some Torchwood and write before bed, I think.
Thanks to apetslife, turloughishere, and logophilos for the truly awesome pictures to use in my writing activity. The level of photography talent just blew me away. I'm actually excited to see what my students manage to come up with when they write about these pictures. And also thanks to gweneiriol for the suggestion to use stock photos. Yay for more ideas.
Random: the Propane/Electricity commercials are, like, pure slash. Particularly when you figure that the electricity has to "plug in" to the propane for power or else electric things won't run.
