So I went out tonight and actually had a fabulous time! Didn't start out that way... started out with me going to A-House, seeing the same scene, and getting a little depressed because it's just... well... not my scene anymore. My friends weren't making me happy, I wasn't attracted to any cute guys, and the music sucked, so I resigned myself to another sucky night. Still better than staying in my room all night long, but it was still a sucky night.
Back to fake smiles! This guy Alan is back again for the summer... Alan and I got into a bit of a tiff last year, mainly because I felt he was abusing my best friend in town, and then he started attempting to abuse me, so I shut it down immediately. But it was SOOOOOO funny, because Alan was gossiping to this guy Joe Schmitz that my friends Justin and Brandon dated over the winter, and I KNOW that's not true because I hung out with the both of them extensively. So I see Alan after I have my first couple drinks (just after last call... the people who buy me drinks really need to pick up the pace!) and he starts talking about Justin and Brandon dating. That's when I laugh, point at him, and say:
"You're full of shit! Hahahahahahaha!"
It was a Dakota moment if I ever was in one! And the dirty look that Alan gave me was just worth all of it... I mean, God, sometimes I just revel in making bad people feel like crap. Hahahahaha, that's funny! (I'm still slightly tipsy, just so you're all aware.) But yeah, Alan and Joe got the hell out of there very soon after. Now I'm hanging out with my ACTUAL friend Ryan, and this guy I know named Mark, and then two people he knew named Zach and Dennis. Both of them are beautiful. Zach is this olive skinned hottie who has an infectious laugh. Dennis is an ebony skinned boi with a TIGHT body and an adorable face... I was seriously looking at them both. I'm still not really over my apathy enough to even think about fooling around with anyone, but I knew that if I was, I'd be flirting hardcore with either of them. Plus they were both giving me the look I think... I'm just not attracted to people right now though, so nothing came of it. We had a great time hanging out though! Went to Stare-At-Us afterward and talked and laughed all night long. Seriously, that's the kind of stuff that I love. Dennis took off early, but Zach and I talked a bit. We both graduated from college last semester which is cool. We're gonna go sit by the pool at the Boatslip tomorrow. It's just really nice sometimes to laugh and talk to people whose company you actually enjoy.
Well, that's that for now... tomorrow morning is room cleaning, house cleaning, Yu-Gi-Oh, Boatslip, spending more money on food, then dinner, Paramount, more Stare-At-Us, and then bed. Gotta be well-rested for that!
