12 got out for a party with Whitney last night. This foot thing has really put a cramp in his fun. I was able to stay off it for the most part and am doing better with it this morning. It has been about 10 years (and 40 pounds) since I was on crutches....it was just an inconvenience then, now its become significant work to get around. It makes me ( Read more... )

So glad to be friended, and wanting to follow my posts probably does require some background of who's who. I really should do this periodically anyway as different people only see certain ones out, and my shifting is smoother than other multiples I know. I can be a bit confusing. So for the record,I don't consider a honest question rude. I wouldn't consider it rude to ask me point blank, "so who's this?", as long as it wasn't in the company of people unaware of the situation. (which has never happened...it could receive a snide comment for which I wouldn't apologize for my rudeness...I am guilty of defense responses, just so you know) Also a decision to decline a response, shouldn't be taken as rude, either.

SO.....
My name is Jacque, Jax is a nickname responded to by all....Kaelar is my dance name, business name, login name. (there's a great SCA story to go with that, but I'll for go that for the moment)
All of me responds to all of these in context, as the world at large uses these as identifiers.

Now the family (or cast)

Mom and student are the adults that generally run my life....they were actually named by a favorite professor before I was truly aware of my multiplicity. They were the roles I played.
Student is extremely logical and lacks emotion. Though I more often refer to "him", student is gender neutral and asexual. Gifts for the system include large amt. of random knowledge, and undistracted mental processing.
Mom is mother of Whitney and Mischa. Gifts for the system include nurturing and deep emotional connecting, peacemaking, baking and general home maintenance, and raising of children (internal and external).
JAX (spelled with caps.) is a collective of children
Whitney recovered this, but I decided to make a general post to answer the question completely as this will probably answer some unasked questions from otheres as well.
