Chocolate Redux

Experiment with modeling chocolate: Failure. It scorches too easily and is too heavy for what I want. Sugar artist I am not. But that's ok, because Plan B (not the pill) is just as acceptable, and more of a keepsake. If I buy the glasses off of Amazon, I get a set of 6, giving me 4 blanks that I can screw up on or try different designs for. I always like wiggle room. That way, too, I don't have to worry about the chocolate sweating, melting, getting soft enough to collapse, or being too heavy for the cake itself.

Speaking of cake, Adam and I discussed it and I think we've found a design we'd like our bakery to try and replicate. I found it via Google Image Search, and I hope they can do it, since it's awesome-looking. The cake stand will obviously not be silver (unless I can find one in time!) but the colors etc. are correct, and the toppers will be the wine glasses.
