The Eternal Struggle
So now that we're moved in, we found one delightful little problem.
Since we have nothing with which to defend ourselves against intruders, every time we go out onto the balcony at night, we let bugs in. Lots of bugs.
Today there was a bee inside, and a mosquito that should belong in amber That thing was an inch long.
It's kind of terrible, but at the same time, incredibly hilarious. Armed only with kleenex, we attack them several times a night. Well, mostly the roommate attacks them, because he is A) taller and B) more in a position to care. Somehow, though, I ended up with a spider bite (or something) on my inner thigh, with a big red ring around the lesion.
I love my apartment. I swear.
