Special Project includes Special Friend
I love it when I can combine two projects into something that I think is special. Today I managed to accomplish this. The Wounded Warrior Afghan Project of We Care Stitchers on Ravelry is an ongoing project and I’m one of the founders of this particular project. I just finished assembling an afghan that includes blocks from all over America - from sea to shining sea. The center block is special to me because my friend, Michael, of theyarnproject , took time out from his stitching schedule to make a block especially for this project. Personally I love the feel of this afghan that I call “Hint of Autumn” and hope you will too.
