ASI Flex, the folks who administer my current Health FSA card

I feel sorry for you if you have to deal with this shitweasle company. I will be so happy when 6/30 rolls 'round and I no longer have to deal with these choads. The (tiny) taxes savings of having $100/mo come out of my paycheck pre-tax has been SO NOT worth the hassle.

Without exception, during FY12-13, if I used my Benny FSA card at any place except urgent care or my primary, they asked me to provide documentation of the purchase so it can be proven legit.

Let me give you an example. I have a monthly prescription that costs $4 to fill.

You'd think that, oh, after the second time of $4 spent at the same pharmacy they'd see the next $4 charge from that pharmacy and be like, "Yeah, checked that twice. She's picking up a prescription."

HELL. NO.

I have had to send them documentation for the last 12 months for the same damn $4 prescription dispensed from the same damn pharmacy. EVERY. TIME. I have even written them (more than once) and asked is there something my pharmacy should be doing so that you understand that this is a legit charge?

I've yet to receive a reply.

You know you're dealing with assholes when you pull out the Benny FSA card at the eye doctors and the receptionist says, "Let me print you up an extra receipt. They're going to ask you for it."

The next time my employer asks for feedback on our Health Plan? Let me tell you what I'm going to give them an earfull of.

Meanwhile, am counting the days until the end of the fiscal year and I'm not kidding when I say I am going to BURN that damn'd card.

daa, tsib, arrgh!
