DADT is still the law of the land

The only reason this is an issue, outside of old skool ignorance and bigotry, is that President Obama wanted to score leadership points by having it overturned under his aegis in the legislature.
If he had had a little humility and simply told the DoJ not to appeal the initial Federal Court ban, this would no longer be an issue.
In the meantime, I'll be over in my corner, shaking with rage.
