There was an accident this morning in Dearborn, that has Rotunda closed beween Oakwood and Southfield. It's been closed since around 3 am, for an accident investigation (which around here usually means it was a fatal accident). The thing that baffles me: one side of this ~1/2 mile long section of 7 lane road is Ford Proving Grounds, with a high concrete wall; there's only one turn-off along here, leading to the Ford health club and the Ford pool car lot. At three in the morning, how could there possibly be an accident here?
