I got some of my truffle making tips from Alton last year. Not the heating pad, though. Don't own one.

No truffles this year, though. I'm still sporting the callous from last year's 20 or so dozen. Well, maybe a small batch or two. I've got some Grand Marnier that would make yummy ones.
