New Year's Resolutions

So I have decided to make a list of New Year's resolutions that hopefully I can stick to for the majority of 2006.

Resolution 1: I will do everything in my power to make sure Queen Latifah never makes another movie.  She has no business being in movies, period.  We get it, she's a large, sassy black woman.  She can't act.  Get over it.

Can you please also make a resolution to stop Queen Latifah from making any more Walmart commercials? Those are terrible. Thanks.

The Arrested Development with Martin Short was on last night...so funny. SWOOP ME!

Sigur Ros are great...I think they are Icelandic. It's amazing how little the words matter, you'd think that it would be frustrating listening to music in a language you don't understand, but I still like it a lot.

Also, that diagram is gross.

Happy New Year!

Everything Queen Latifah does is terrible! It's not even limited to commercials. I can't stand it. And the more people talk about how great Arrested Development is, the sadder I get. The people don't want well written shows...they want Dave Coulier ice skating. We'd better get the half season they're not gonna air on DVD. That's all I gotta say.

Sigur Rós...

In 2002, their highly anticipated follow-up album ( ) was released. Upon release all tracks on the album were known as untitled (and then a number), however the band later published song names on their website. All lyrics are sung entirely in "Hopelandic", an improvised nonsense language created by Jón Þór Birgisson which resembles the sound of the Icelandic language. It has also been said that the listener is supposed to interpret their own meanings of the lyrics which can then be written in the blank pages in the album booklet.
