Kane/Steve diet update
Sadist of a gym instructor has given me even more brutal workout now as I was doing so well on the last one
Total weight loss on the "Kane" (or should that be "Steve") diet is now 37lbs as I've lost another 6lbs in last 4 weeks despite drinking a small lake of Jack last week and the ensuing junk food that was needed to overcome the hangover. 33 weeks left to Con1 and at least 33lbs to go, gotta lay off the Jack for a few weeks!
I watched "Her Minor Thing" & "Love Song" today whilst doing all my admin at home and I must admit that the CK feeling is coming back - yay
