OMIGAWSH TEDDY'S ONLINE! Which means... supah long post, kinda!
Mmm... Earlier, sis made cheesy chicken and rice casserole. It's literally THE most delicious food I've had in the past week or so aside from sugar cookie dough.
So, yeah. Retrieved my schedule change (because who really wants to take lifetime personal fitness, and have the same, crippled gym teacher for an entire year?) yesterday after lunch, and before going to my last class of the year for my math final. I think I did pretty good. ^^; Still have the same teachers except for 6th hour. Got LPF changed to NJROTC, with Top for a teacher. :DDDD He's probably the coolest teacher/instructor/MAN in the school. Srsly! Him and Mr. Hooper (other ROTC instructor), 'cause Hooper sells us sodas and energy drinks because they're not in the vending machines anymore. Right? :3
It is almost... *dundundun* KURISUMASU NO HI! ... .................. Christmas Day. ♥ ^_^ I hope that the present that sounds/feels like a DVD or a game case is a DVD, and I hope that DVD is Vicious Circle. There are things that I don't need, but I do need (aka, what parents/grandparents/adults tend to call those things that we REALLY want, but don't need, even if we say we need them). That DVD is one of those don't need/need!! things.
Half-changing the subject here. Another thing I don't need/need!! is someone to chat with about FF12 all the way up to, ah, Vayne Novus in Bahamut. o_O; Yeah, I got to there, and... Well... let's just say... the hot-gone-fugly man made me see a black screen and red letters that just barely made the words "GAME OVER". *fake-sniffles*
So I did a few hunts, and am currently irritated at hunting the Belito and Marilith. x_x Can't find the Belito in the "Nam-Yensa Sandsea, in caves with quicksand". Damnit, Montblanc! If you're going to post a goddamned hunt, make sure it's not based off of rumors! And try to make it so that the hunter stalker/killer doesn't hear you next time, KTHX! *sigh*
*just now looked up the Marilith hunt in a walkthrough* . . . Who wants to stay still for 5 minutes in a game? Not I! But I'll do it anyways. :| *snicker* There's a monster called the Deathscythe. xD;
Funny/strange things I noticed about FFXII? (While not really spoiling anything
1. As I just said, there's a monster called the Deathscythe. :D Gundam Wing! Yay!
2. If you read about FFXII on Wikipedia, it'll say things like it seems to take place a few years after FF Tactics, and it's got similar races, lands, and even the entire country/continent name that are in both FFT and FFTA. That includes the Jagd, but FFXII isn't nearly as mean as FFTA (not sure about FFT) when it comes to KO'd-and-not-Phoenix-downed characters. The only similar lands I've noticed are the Giza Plains and the Salikawood. One thing Wiki-editors failed to mention was there are also some of the same monsters, like the Malboro... Then again, it's in a lot of FF games, I think.
3. Instead of summoning Shiva, Leviathan, etc., you get to fight in them. ... What? They're the Imperial Army's airship fleets' head-carrier names. The Bahamut is the last airship you're on, though it's not even an airship. It's more like a flying castle that's all spiffed up, unlike Howl's moving castle. (Not matter how cool that thing is)
4. Inter-species canon pairings are IN. I mean, HumexViera? After seeing the last cut scene in the Pharos, yes. I fully support BalthierxFran. Don't tell me you didn't see it, FFXII-addicts. YOU KNOW IT'S CANON!! (Like BaschxVaan. SHHH)
5. You get practically the same summons as FFTA ('Totemas' there), without the hassle of destroying crystals all over the map and fighting Babus (because he's a bitch). And only having one race be able to summon one totema. Instead, it's just one character. Makes it easier, really.
