Oh what a state to be in....like lazor beams
Well, well, well. Kacy and a livejournal entry? Interesting. So here I am, the Tuesday of my spring break, and I feel like it's almost over. Sad. Why is that? It's all been going by so fast. And it has been fun, oh yes it has, but now comes the portion of the vacation where I work for the remainder, starting at 2:30 today. Interesting. I mean, I have Saturday off, but by Saturday there is just so much to do. Books to buy, friends to try to see, not to mention I'm almost kind of expecting to get called in. Oh well, at least the start of my break was lovely. I had my last final Thursday morning. That afternoon Jocelyn and I went out furniture shopping and bought a dining room table and matching chairs for our dream apartment. They are very cute. Later that night my dear friend Justin came over. It was nice. We had coffee and just layed on my couch watching movies. He cracks me up. Very intertaining. I'm going to see his band play on the 31st. Fun times, me turning into a groupee and what not. He left at like 2 that morning. Then I had to be up at 7:45 to go to Lydia's graduation. It was a nice little informal ceremony. Laila was dressed all cute and behaved the entire time! Then we went back to her house and hung out for a while before I had to be to work at 6. After work I went with my dearest Heather's house and met up with Katie for some drinkies. Well, that's what it was supposed to be. It turned out to be 3 girls who realized that they did not want to drink so we sat and watched Joey on friends trying to speak french and laughing our asses off. I got home at like 3 and woke up at like 9 cause I just couldn't sleep. I hung around the house til I had to work at 3:45 and went to do that. Afterwards I went to dinner with Jocey and Joanna and Jazzi and it was good times. We sat there laughing like fools. hehehe. Christina Aguilera. After dinner it was out to Lydia's with the left over drinks from the night before. That was nice, just hanging out with her. Jake was upstairs and Laila was asleep. It was great. I left there at like 1:30 and was home and in bed by two. I woke up Sunday at 10 and got ready to go shopping with Lydia. That was fun also. I got home early that night but it was nice cause I needed to catch up on some sleep. Then yesterday I went to my mom's work and out to dinner with Ashley and Ally. I love them. They always make me laugh. So, I guess I have been able to have some fun this week and it is okay that now I go back to work. Maybe I'll have just as much fun there. (yeah right) Later days.
