I have been exchanging emails our corporate office and a third party since yesterday morning to resolve
a really boring Mortgage-company related problem..
I have been digging up all of these emails and documentation to make our point and I finally just sent a final email to our corporate office.
I receive an email back saying nothing but 'Thanks Kacie'.
I was slightly annoyed, so I forwarded it to the Loan Officer working on the problem with me, saying, "Thanks? That's all I get??? lol"
She never responded, so I checked my Sent mail... Lo and Behold, I replied directly back to the email.
To the HEAD of our corporate office.
I'm dying a little bit inside right now.
