i had a dream that people actually read this. fun tihngs that happned last week: paula the orange haired 70 year old kinderegraden teacher the kids love making CENCI with them, a pre lent tuscan sweet. basicall,y make dough with vin santo, roll in through the pasta maker, fry in boiling oil. when mom and bren are not vegan, etc., we will make piles of these things, i swear. also, the polish people had to slash and burn a lot of the olive trees. pruning a guess. i stared into the fire nad dries my contacts. i wanted the woodsmoke smeel of camp but didnt quite get it. my laundry, round one of the last three weeks, the socks have been an issue, was hung on the line outside. its froze, so i brought it in. that does smell like woodsmoke. all of it. ,y phone stopped working and the family isnt really helping my get it fixed. i have Hits minis. i watched the first half of the superbowl in a bar full of AMERICANS, regina, sarah, and lauren. one guy, reginas firend from boulder, said "we are all so ignorant!" as people sang the nat'l anthem while here in italy. then he turned to the guy next to him and said "whos singing" (aretha franklin) "who's that?" ignorant? i had a pleasant beer-full night despite being one of a kind in there. regina was more than hospitable and offered me everything in thier apt. iused a hair straightener, which was amazing. its been so long. a dopo...
