Ha! I just saw this post today. The car on fire. And even Dief has this look on his face like "WTF am I doing with these two?" LMAO. And CKR's Canadian accent is sort of cracking me up. I soooo need to dig out the DVDs. But I have so much else to do... *sigh* I feel a Due South marathon coming in the very near future. And when it happens, I will totally blame you for my absence from real life. Even though I started this.
This show was made of so much awesome; there hasn't been, nor will there ever be another show like it. I still remember being in Nova Scotia years, and years ago, on a vacation with my mother. It was slowly turning into a disastrous trip and we were holed up in our hotel room going "What do we do now?" And I turned the TV on, and lo and behold, there was Due South. It hadn't been on in the states for years, and this was before the DVDs came out (and I had long since worn out my VHS copies that a lovely fandom lady in Texas had made for me). And so there my mom and I were, in a hotel in Canada, eating pizza and watching Due South and thinking it was the funniest thing in the world.
