the weekend
so... a quick recap of my weekend, because I'm starting to feel guilty for neglecting my poor little LiveJournal... Friday night we were going to go downtown for dinner & a movie at Galleria, but then the crazy ice storm changed that and people came over here for some good ol' scattergories, pictionary & card playing. Good times.
Saturday was the coolest... I don't think I ever had a 'tea party' when I was little (wasn't really into that scene), but that all changed on saturday when I got a call from Bethy while I was doing slave labour (I mean, helping my parents with spring cleaning). So I went with Bethy and her friend Cheryl to Jasmine's house for a tea party. And we actually had tea. We supplied cinnabons, and jasmine had tea biscuits and scones. We're pretty cool kids, let me tell you. After our tea, we had to take Cheryl home, and then we went bowling at fleetway. Bethy was the big winner on that one, and she was pretty proud. Saturday night was Monopoly at Claire's, followed by going to comfort Jane after her first day of work. Then I split while the rest of the crew headed downtown.
Sunday was riding then a crazy dinner with my Nana (we had sea bass and couscous... I don't know why... never had either of them, i guess they're supposed to be healthy. sketchy.). Watched the end of the Juno's, thought of Kelsey watching at Silvercity, laughed, then wished I had some free popcorn. (hope you had fun). And that was my weekend. Done and done.
