I don't have much to say
Life continues on the same as it has for the last 6 weeks.
School continues to be full of hard work. Progress reports go out on Thursday so thats busting my butt to get all my grades in. Some of my ESOL kids are failing and its pissing me off because i dont know what to do with them.
It seems like other new teachers i interact with are so on top of things: parent emails, study sessions, organziation, discipline, book checks, etc.. and i'm so slow about doing any of those things, if i even do them at all. This week will be crazy as it is homecoming and i have a ton of stuff to do in regards to cheerleading stuff. I will likely be at school everday this week til 8 as well. Oh well, I'd rather get it all done there then take it home.
Friday is my birthday and hopefully some sort of festivities will begin as soon as I can make it home from school, which will probably be around 9 30 after i watch some of the game. I'm looking forward to the weekend. I tell myself that even if dont feel ready for school, ill make it through like i always do and take one day at a time. The teaching part isnt so hard, its the preparation and administration that is.
Weekend life continues in an endless barrage of reruns of Laguna Beach and Sweet 16. I hate Laguna Beach but it sucks me in and i can never turn it.
I guess i could go grocery shopping as soon as i check my account balance. I dont think id make it through the month if it wasnt for my birthday.
