TAKS Essay, huh?
I don't bother to look at the TEKS. I'm told what we're doing, given tests, etc. I leave that up to my team leader who also writes curriculum for our district.
But I'm taking a look at them (while I've little to do at the moment) and don't see anywhere that students are supposed to know how to write an essay such as the kind that are on TAKS.
This is bothering me.
