I hate my job/computer stuff
- I'm just going to repeat myself and say I hate my job. blech
- We're going to D.C. and Pennsylvania May 3 - May 10. Yay! But that means a lot of work for me before and after.
- I HATE my new computer. First, no Microsoft Office (I yanked my old stuff from Limewire and don't feel good about doing it again). Second, the sound and video stuff just doesn't want to work. After I downloaded whatever I downloaded the other day (I'm uninstalling a couple of things), now the sound won't work. I watched YouTube videos 3 days ago, but now they won't play sound. Nor can I put a dvd in the dvd drive and play it. Billy's last computer and this new one both had/have Vista. My mom's has Vista. None of those computers had this problem. Mine's a Dell. Am I wrong about Dells? I thought they were supposed to be good. - This pretty much means I can't do anything with my computer except get online and upload pictures from my camera. What do I use a computer for? Making PowerPoints (which I can still do on my school laptop; it will just take some time saving and transferring pictures, etc back and forth), but I make multiple videos a week to post on our family blog for the grandparents. I can't do that now:(
- Another question about the computer: it's new, but there are program files that show they were modified as long ago as 2006. I'm confused.
