Writer's Block: Talking Ducks
This here character is from the cartoon Freakazoid. His name is Emmitt Nervend and for some unexplained reason he gives me a mad case of the heebie jeebies...well, there was that one time he was chasing after me with a knife in a nightmare so that might explain it... He was never a major player in the show. He's just a strange guy who shows up in odd places and just stands there. Except for that one time where he's a salty dancehall chanteuse.
