(no subject)
Went to Hooters for the first time last night to see the pay-per-view UFC turnament. It wasn't as bloody as UFC can get so i really like it. There was standing room only during the 1st match and the 2nd one where a big guy was defending his title, then most of the people left. I guess they didn't realize there was 1-2 more fights, but that was good because then we could get a table. Vishwas, one of the international students from India had graduated i think this summer with his Master's and he was with us celebrating his getting into the UTA PhD Mechanical Engineering program. Holy shit, right? there was thomas, anita, vishwas, lester from work and roatha and i and vishwas bought us all the alcohol that night.
Hooters isn't allowed to due shots, so we took the ice cubes out so that must've watered everything down a little bit. The first shot was of cheap tequilla and it didn't taste like much of anything, but the 2nd shot was jose cuervo and that tasted like normal yucky tequilla. He then also bought a all 1 or 2 rounds of beers. I was so drunk last night, i had so much fun :-D I'm not sure why, but i think roatha got all of us to go to thomas' and play scrabble. They decided to stop playing at 3:30a and thomas and i were asleep. Of course roatha opened this morning at 6:45a and here soon i gotta leave the house for work.
I found a smaller rat on a sticky trap in the piggy room today. I wonder if roatha saw that one, or if it was the one that had moved into the kitchen. I noticed it because the bag of timothy hay for the piggies was laying down, facing the back wall instead of out. I saw the little hole where it tried to eat hay, doesn't look like it ate hardly any of it then i saw it on the sticky thing directly below it on the floor. I thought they didn't work. *shrug* I sure hope that's the last one.
Btw, i had cereal for breakfast. Let's all hope the fridge didn't make the milk go bad like i think. If i'm wrong it'll be awful!!
