Everyone! Open up your favorite embarrassing story in Word, go to the Tools tab, and click Autosummarize. I promise you won't regret it. (I recommend the "10 sentences" option. Brevity, soul of wit, etc.)

Blank suddenly relocated his tongue. Blank didn’t answer. Blank asked.
